Having Issues?

Are you experiencing issues playing the Facebook game, such as slow load times, slow frame rates, or a Black Screen with only sound?  Here are some suggestions that may help you get up and running.

First things first, try restarting your machine.  Many times all it takes is a restart to get you up and running smoothly.

Check Your Browser

Be sure to check that you have the most up to date browser installed.  If you have the most current browser and you are still experiencing issues, try running the game in a different browser.  Our Facebook app supports the following browsers:

Google Chrome

Mozilla Firefox

Microsoft Edge

Safari (Mac OS)

Clear Your Browser Cache

Help remove old game assets that may be causing issues by clearing your cache and removing any old assets.​  Click the links below for instructions on how to clear your cache for your browser.

Google Chrome Cache

Safari (Mac OS)

Enable Hardware Acceleration (Chrome Only)

If you have followed all the steps above and are still having issues running the game using Chrome, you can try to enable hardware acceleration in your browser.  Follow the steps below:

1. Type the following into your chrome browser window without the parenthesis (chrome://settings/system)

2. Make sure that "Use Hardware Acceleration when available" is turned ON  (see image)

3. Restart your browser and launch the app again.
